  1. 5+ years exp’ in an administrative role, in financial services or the conveyancing industry.
  2. 5+ years exp’ in customer engagement / service.
  3. Real estate process exp’ / knowledge preferred.
  4. FSCA qualifications preferred (whether completed or in progress).
  5. Clear criminal and credit record.
  6. Completed Matric / Grade 12.
  7. Also, you’ll have good numeracy and financial acumen; strong admin’ skills; advanced computer literacy (WORD + EXCEL); strong communication skills; effective time management; good customer service skills.
