  1. 3+ years exp’ as an Ops Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
  2. Practical exp’ with flowcharts, project docs’, and schedules; as well as programme and project management software.
  3. Direct-to-consumer exp’ essential, while sales environment exp’ adv’.
  4. Adv’ numeracy.
  5. Exp’ managing coordination of cross functional team bringing new products, processes, and services to market.
  6. Project management certification adv’.
  7. High proficiency in MS Office (including adv’ EXCEL and Powerpoint).
  8. Completed degree in business, sciences, engineering, or tech’.
