We’re looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join ooba, at our Cape Town head office. You will lead a number of FTE Contact Centre Consultants and Team Leader(s), with all employees either in a single site or working remotely.
You’ll have recent or current senior-management experience at a multi-product contact centre in the financial services industry, with a proven record leading a sales and service operation. As well as operational responsibility, you’ll need competence in strategy and planning as well as sales forecasting.
