At ooba, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in order to assist and support our senior management team, including the Chief Strategy Officer, the Head of HR and the Managing Executive of Insurance.

What We’re Looking For In Applicants?

You’ll have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or exp’, a min’ 5+ years EA exp’ of supporting senior management in a corporate workplace, and you’ll be computer literate to an advanced level as well as fluent in English (both written and spoken). Financial and/or ICT sector exp’ is advantageous but not essential.
