We’re looking for a Head of Customer Experience to join ooba, at our Cape Town head office.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll develop our customer experience strategy and drive all KPIs across the customer journey. You’ll report directly to our CEO.
You’ll have expertise in customer experience and life-cycle management approaches, as well as the methodologies used in marketing and sales. You’ll be experienced in multi-channel marketing, customer journey mapping and customer nurturing programmes.
