We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Home Loans Sales division, at our head office in Cape Town.
We need an operations management expert who understands the operational requirements needed to execute the ooba Home Loans sales strategy.
The role is suitable for a skilled collaborator-executer. Basically, someone who is capable of taking a 30,000 feet helicopter view of the sales Ops function, while also getting hands-on at a transactional level.
The role includes representing the business perspective in the development and progress of ooba’s systems, tools, products and technology. It requires someone able to collaborate with our Strategic Business Enablement and Marketing Teams.
You’ll be based at our Head Office in Cape Town and you’ll work in close partnership with the Head of Home Loans and Head of Sales, in order to drive the development and implementation of the ooba Home Loans sales operations strategy.
In this role you’ll need to work in close collaboration with our Provincial Sales Managers, especially in regard to their operational and premises requirements.
