The person in this Sales Manager role will help us further grow our business in the Eastern Cape region by ensuring we take a greater market share, as well as by developing and leading our existing regional sales team.
What We’re Looking For In Applicants?
Ideally, you’ll have a Matric (or tertiary qualification), a min’ 5+ years sales management exp’, proven leadership and mentoring track record, as well as a proven background in financial services (with home loans exp’ preferred). An ability in sales data analysis / budgeting and reporting is required, including intermediate to advanced computer literacy, as well as the ability to lead by inspiration and coaching (rather than by the over-use of the ‘stick’).
Also, we’re open to candidates with a sales management background in banking, financial services or real estate, as well as candidates willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth (from Cape Town, JHB, PTA, DBN, or other locations in South Africa).
