We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team, at our Cape Town head office.
You’ll need 5 to 10 years’ experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate organisation, while a Bachelor level qualification is advantageous.
In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient running of the executive office working both on a one-to-one basis with ooba’s executives, as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
The role is suitable for a high-energy achiever, planner and communicator. You’ll be the sort of person who has a genuine desire to help others and a knack for getting things done – in the smoothest, fastest way.
