  • Having an existing network of estate agents, agencies, conveyancers or developers is a strong adv’.
  • Exp’ in the financial services, property, legal, banking, bridging finance or foreign exchange is pref’.
  • Proven track record in sales performance.
  • Knowledge and exp’ of property industry, residential property transactions, business development, CRM systems is pref’.
  • Knowledge and exp’ of giving presentations and sales pipeline management is ess’.
  • Extensive regional travel required, including: regular travel, face-to-face client engagement, and attendance at relevant industry events, etc.
  • .Valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
  • Microsoft Office (esp’ EXCEL).
  • Completed matric essential, while relevant marketing or business tertiary qualification is adv’.
