  1. 5+ years exp’ in the same or similar management role, within a service or sales contact-centre, preferably in home loans or financial services.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
  4. Proficient in the management and use of contemporary contact centre technology, systems and processes.
  5. Sound project and change management skills.
  6. Highly computer literate (MS Office 365, including in MS Excel [intermediate to advanced level]) and highly numerate.
  7. Familiarity with the South African home buying process is an adv’.
  8. Tertiary qualification in business administration, management, or related field is adv’, while a completed Matric is essential.
