  1. 5+ years exp’ in a senior operations role within a service or sales contact-centre, preferably in home loans or financial services.
  2. Strategic insight, as well as competence in tactical operations planning and management skills.
  3. Proven track record in managing service contracts, client relationships, and operational re-design, including with technology platform integration and operational enhancement.
  4. Exp’ managing coordination of cross-functional teams bringing new products, processes, and services to market.
  5. Strong project and change management expertise.
  6. Proficiency in data and business analysis, as well as process design and optimisation.
  7. Computer literacy (including strong Microsoft Office competence).
  8. Tertiary qualification in business administration, management, or related field.
