  • Min’ 4+ years exp’ in a similar role is essential, pref’ within the home loans, banking or real estate sectors but not essential.
  • Exp’ and expertise in: CRM platform ownership; customer journey & process design; data structure & reporting enablement; automation & workflow design; integration & ecosystem alignment; stakeholder engagement & delivery alignment; adoption, governance & continuous improvement.
  • Exp’ with establishing and maintaining business platforms supporting end-to-end customer engagement, sales execution, and operational efficiency across the business.
  • Been accountable for how the platform is designed, used, and evolved, ensuring it delivers measurable business value.
  • Exp’ in a business-facing role that bridges operations, product, and technology, with a strong focus on process design, data structure, and sustained adoption.
  • Completed Advanced CRM certifications (i.e. Zoho Certified Advanced Administrator; Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
