  1. 5+ years exp’ in a similar role, preferably in: financial services, property, lead generation, or affiliate marketing ecosystems.
  2. Demonstrated success in business development or strategic partnership roles, within digital ecosystems.
  3. Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies, conversion funnels, and ROI tracking.
  4. Understanding of how digital tools (i.e. embedded calculators, APIs, gated flows) drive user engagement and lead flow.
  5. Ability to interface confidently with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  6. Commercial acumen and data literacy (i.e. interpreting performance dashboards).
  7. Digital fluency, able to work across product, tech, and marketing teams.
  8. Strategic thinking, identifying scalable growth opportunities in partner ecosystems, and ability to execute on them.
  9. Presentation and communication, creating compelling proposals and reporting on impact.
  10. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  11. Matric essential; while it’s advantageous to have a tertiary-level qualification and/or certification in: commercial strategy, digital environments, and partnership development fields.
