  2. Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies; across traditional, digital, and partner ecosystems.
  3. Demonstrated ability leading a marketing team and delivering commercially effective marketing plans; in complex, matrixed organisations.
  4. Exp’ working alongside multiple business stakeholders, digital product / platform teams and translating customer insights into marketing strategy.
  5. Strong track record in brand building, campaign effectiveness, and ROI delivery; across both B2C and B2B segments.
  6. Exposure to high-growth, digitally enabled businesses within financial services, fintech, proptech, or consumer services is preferred.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  8. Post graduate qualification in strategic or digital marketing or business leadership is adv’.
