  • Min’ 5+ years exp’ in a sales or business development role, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Banking (in home loans) or real estate experience essential, as is bringing existing industry relationships (i.e. real estate agents, attorney RPOs, etc) with you.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, in a multiproduct environment.
  • Expertise in sales and business development best practice.
  • Market analysis competence, including business planning and opportunity management.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and spoken (and listening).
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including MS Office.
  • Completed matric or tertiary qualifications.
  • Completed FSCA certifications preferable.
