  1. Previous experience in outbound telesales environments, preferably insurance.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role: team leader, supervisor, or 2iC.
  3. 5+ years of telesales experience, preferably in insurance.
  4. Computer literate.
  5. These completed qualifications are essential: Matric, NQF L4/5 in financial services or similar [while completed RE5 & full FAIS credits is preferrable].
  6. We’re open to people based outside of Cape Town applying, but you’ll need to relocate to Cape Town to do this job (if / when an offer is made).
