  1. 3+ years of recent IT Business Analyst exp’.
  2. Requirements gathering exp’, including: developing feasibility and business case documents; performing cost / benefit, feasibility, sustainability and organisational readiness assessments; while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Systems analysis and design exp’, including: analysing current systems and processes for improvement; design new IT solutions or enhancements to existing systems, in collaboration with solution architects; translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications and system models.
  4. Project support exp’, including: assisting in project planning, testing, and implementation; UAT and training.
  5. Documentation exp’, including: user stories, flow charts, key success factors, reporting metrics; working with business to implement new processes and ensure change management; producing clear documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.
  6. Quality Assurance exp’, including: ensuring solutions meet business needs and comply with standards.
  7. Agile / Scrum accreditation and/or exp’ beneficial.
