  • Min’ 3+ years exp’ as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Hands-on exp’ with flowcharts, project documentation, and schedules.
  • Exp’ in a customer-facing or direct-to-consumer product environment.
  • Exp’ in sales environments is adv’, either directly or supporting role for solution selling.
  • Track record in coordinating cross-functional teams to bring products, processes, or services to market.
  • Competence in techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects; as well as business analysis and workflow design.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, reporting tools, MIS, and data-driven decision making.
  • Track record in cross-functional collaboration in product and service delivery environments, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (including EXCEL).
  • Project management certification is adv’.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
