  • Min’ 5+ years exp’ as a regional sales manager, in the home loans industry.
  • Knowledge of the home loan and lending environment.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales management, in sales performance management, operational planning and execution, and systems and tools proficiency (including CRMs).
  • Expertise in financial and budget management.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong relationship management skills, esp’ in partner and stakeholder management.
  • Exp’ in negotiation, credit and case arbitration, and compliance application.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and spoken (and listening).
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, esp’ MS Office.
  • Completed matric essential, while tertiary qualification is adv’.
  • Completed FSCA certifications preferable.
