  • Strong knowledge and exp’ of insurance products, processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, retention, and performance targets.
  • Exp’ coaching, mentoring, and managing consultant performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Completed and current RE5 certification is essential; while Wealth Management qualifications are adv’.
  • Completed matric essential.
